Servers or your Wi-Fi
The main difference is the route the video takes. Bibino's FAQ says communication goes through its servers and some data stays there; Premium recordings and the activity log are kept for 21 days. That's what lets you watch from anywhere on mobile data without any setup. It needs the internet and an account.
Mamoon sends the video over your home Wi-Fi straight from camera to phone: no server, no account, and it works without the internet. Away from home you connect through the Tailscale VPN, which is one step more work.
A Wi-Fi camera instead of a phone
Bibino turns a phone, tablet or computer into the camera. Mamoon does that too, and can also use an ordinary Wi-Fi camera such as a TP-Link Tapo C200 for about $25–35.
